You Can’t Take a Full Breath if You’re Already Full!
Is it possible to take a full breath of medicine from your inhaler if you are already full? Of course not!
Don’t forget to fully exhale before you place your mouth on the mouthpiece of your spacer. In order for the medicine to reach the smallest of your airways, you must take a big, full breath in. And to make room for that big full breath, you need to have emptied your lungs completely.
Remember: Breathe Out before you Breathe In! |
